Art Glass Blue Bird with Scissor Tail Figurine Paperweight Vintage MCM Glows

This is a mcm blue blown art glass scissortail bird figurine or paperweight. Glows under blacklight. Measures approximately 3" tall x 5.5" long. There is a rough spot on the beak that you can feel but not see. There's also a small bruise on the bottom edge of the piece as shown in pictures. No other major flaws.
