This house is in good overall condition. There are some small chips on the edges of this piece, please see pictures for details. There is also a hole in the fabric that covers the back, it looks like someone had this hanging on a wall. Although this is also a piece that can stand alone on a shelf. It measures approximately 7 3/4" tall x 8 3/4" wide x 1 3/4" deep.
