In good,working condition. The frosted glass shade does have large chips on it. The multicolored glass does not have any chips or cracks. The bottom felt is coming off. The lamp uses a halogen bulb. The cord has a TDC Power Class 2 plug transformer with an inline rotary on/off switch. The cord measures 75 inches long.

The lamp measures 15 1/4 inches tall, 9 1/4 inches wide from elbow to elbow and 4 1/2 inches in diameter at the base.
