This appears to be a pressed glass piece. Similar online comparison clear vases are being attributed to EAPG or Duncan Miller.  Buyer to confirm

This lovely vase has a soft lavender color, and intricate diamond and dot pattern leading to a scalloped rim. She is in good vintage condition with no cops, cracks or repairs 

She measures 10” tall. The base is 5” and the rim is 3.5” from scallop edge
