Vintage commemorative trinket dish featuring Rodgers’ Perfection, the Tennessee Walking Horse stallion who won the 1959 World Grand Championship at the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration. Shown by Joe Webb and owned by Dr. & Mrs. Porter Rodgers of Searcy, Arkansas, Rodgers’ Perfection went on to become an influential sire in the Walking Horse breed. Produced by Denver M. Wright Jr. Co., St. Louis, MO. Dish measures 6.5" across with gold trim. Great item for horse enthusiasts and collectors of equestrian memorabilia.
