This beautiful stained glass Christmas Tree has brass sodder as garland and a yellow glass star. The tree has 3 green stained glass sections. It has a brass dish on the back to hold a small tea light (see photos). The base is also a piece of the green stained glass.  There is sticker residue on rhe bottom.  I do not know the maker of this piece.  
It measures 6" tall and 4" wide at the base.
