Details
This beautiful hand-painted porcelain bowl features a classic cobalt blue and white design with intricate floral patterns and scenic landscape motifs, including a traditional house, bridge, mountains, and trees. The inside is richly decorated with circular panels surrounding a central landscape scene, while the outer rim is accented with a soft terracotta edge.
The underside is marked “Japan” with a blue maker’s mark, indicating mid-20th century Japanese export porcelain (likely post-WWII, 1940s–1960s). The outside of the bowl is a deep glossy blue. • Origin: Japan • Material: Porcelain • Design: Blue & White, landscape and floral patterns • Markings: Stamped “Japan” with Japanese characters • Condition: Excellent vintage condition (no chips, cracks, or crazing visible)
This piece is perfect for collectors of Asian porcelain, Chinoiserie-style décor, or for use as a decorative bowl.

Where timeless finds meet their next chapter…. Hi, friend! Welcome to my virtual antique stall, my little corner of the world where vintage treasures find their second life. I’ve always believed that the best things aren’t shiny and new—they’re the ones with a little history, a little character, and a whole lot of charm. That’s why I spend my days hunting for pieces that make you smile, spark nostalgia, or simply stand out in a sea of “same old.” To me, every vintage find is a little gift—something special waiting just for you.
