Vintage Korean Silk Embroidery Rice Harvest Scene With Yangban Overseer Panel

Vintage Korean silk embroidery panel depicting a rice harvest: laborers bundle and winnow grain while a yangban noble in a gat hat reclines with a pipe. Hand-stitched silk threads over a lightly painted silk ground; mounted with a patterned brocade border and paper backing. Overall approx. 18" x 14"; inner image approx. 12.5" x 10.5". Unframed. Colors are vivid.

Some minor wear including a little bit of fraying along the edges and some foxing / spotting. No rips or tears noted. Will be shipped rolled up. Note that weights on corners of item used to hold it flat are not included. See pictures for further details on condition.
