This is a sweet vintage Norcross Pets paperweight. It’s got an adorable hound and frog on it. If you want to you can snap off the plastic base and insert a photo of your own choosing. It measures approximately 2 1/2” in diameter and 7/8” tall. It’s in excellent condition!
