A bit of paint loss on the words. I originally thought these were pansies but the remaining paint seems to be spelling petunia. PY stands for Pottery Yoshida, as in Yoshida Miyao, the designer of many endearing ceramics of post WWII Japan, designed to rebuild trade between the U.S. and Japan. This is probably why I have seen them attributed to both Norcrest and Napcoware. Super cute! There is a fleabite on one of the kitty's ears but it may be glazed over. Photo provided. These shakers are between 2.5" and 3" tall.

My name is Rebecca and I'm very excited to be a part of NikNax! I'm a lifelong thrifter and collector. My past collections included scifi figures, aliens and dinosaurs. More recently, I've been collecting favorite chalkware banks from the 60s. Reselling is a relatively new venture for me. I hope you'll give me a follow and say "hi" at one of my lives!
