Vintage Russian Hand Painted Lacquer Round Floral Flowers Trinket Box 1988

Beautiful vintage Russian lacquered trinket box. The intricate hand-painted floral design showcases the rich culture of Russia's folk art. The box is perfect for storing small trinkets or jewelry.

Made in 1988 in the Gorky region of the USSR. Manufacturer: Voznesenskoye Association "P-Maidanskaya painting" Standard: RST RSFSR 565-86 Approximate measurements: 4.25" diameter x 2.5" tall

Condition: The box is pre-owned vintage in very good condition. The paint is still bright and beautiful. There are a 2 spots with a bit of paint loss/lacquer loss along the sides (see pics). The wood is in great condition with no splitting. The inside of the box is not lacquered. Keep in mind that the box is handmade and over 37 years old so will have the typical condition issues related to age.
