Totally stunning 1960s iridescent grey star sapphire with a mod swoop design encrusted in genuine diamonds, set in pure 14k gold! This is such a unique and eye-catching design, true to its atomic mid-century roots. I've shown a few pictures in diffused light vs direct sunlight so you can see how the star becomes more prominent as the light increases.
It weighs a total of 4.6 grams and the gemstones have been verified via Presidium tester. Part of the metal marking appears to have been lost when it was sized, so it has been verified as pure 14k via acid testing and Auracle gold tester. Please see pictures for details and measurements, it is in good condition and does not include my ring box.
Thanks for looking!

Welcome, I'm Megan and I've been curating one-of-a-kind treasures for my store for 21 years now! My husband Matt and I love sourcing incredible pieces of history together; I manage the photography & storefront, while he carefully packages up all of your items and sends them off with love. I have a background in jewelry design with a major passion for vintage clothing, accessories, and jewelry - I wear vintage myself, almost every day! Even our two little ones enjoy getting involved (especially with sparkly jewels). Thank you so much for supporting our family, and we hope your purchases bring you a bit of nostalgic joy. Check us out on other major platforms as "Sensu Lato Vintage!"
